Hi, I’m Courtney Griggs—a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed in Texas and Virginia, with a deep-rooted passion for both education and creative expression. With over 11 years of combined experience as an English/Language Arts teacher and BCBA, I specialize in supporting children with Autism and other exceptionalities through compassionate, evidence-based care.

My journey has also led me to write and publish editorial work with Upscale Magazine, where I blend my love for language with my desire to uplift and inform. I’ve worked closely with IEP advocates to complete Independent Educational Evaluations, providing insights that help shape better outcomes for students and families.
